Do you install outside Bratislava?
Yes. From our Bratislava headquarters we install throughout Slovakia. The date is agreed by location and scope.
What is digital signage?
Digital screens that show advertising or information instead of posters. Content changes via software by time, day or location, without printing and replacing.
How much does digital signage cost?
It depends on device type, size, quantity, installation and content management. An indoor totem, a shop window display and an LED wall are costed completely differently. We give you the price for your project in writing in the quote.
Do you have equipment in stock?
The SMARTENIC Tower Indoor totem and the Vision HB shop window display are currently in stock in 55 inch. Other sizes and models are made to order; the date is stated in the quote.
What is the difference between an indoor totem and a shop window display?
The totem stands freely in the room and is meant for indoors. The shop window display hangs behind the glass and runs at 3000 nits so it stays readable in sunlight. The double-sided version faces the street and the store at the same time.
How is content managed?
Content is loaded via USB stick. The SMARTENIC Control cloud software with playlists, schedules and multiple locations is coming soon.
Do you support in Slovak and German?
Yes. Quotes, contracts and support are available in Slovak, German and English.
Do you supply businesses with branches in Austria?
Yes. With headquarters in Bratislava and an office in Vienna we run projects on both sides of the border with one content system.
